What is the difference between a square and rectangle?

    The difference between a rectang;e and square is that a rectangle has two long sides and two short sides and a square has four equal sides.

  2. A square has four sides of the same length, but a rectangle has two long sides of the same length and another two short sides of the same length.

    If you fold opposite sides of a square it will become two equal triangles.

    If you fold opposite sides of a rectangle it will not become two equal triangles.
